We call ourselves human beings. Not human doings or human havings.
We call it well-being. Not well-doing or well-having.
A job is well done. A life is well-lived. Almost nothing is well had.
In the course of our lives, we often get so hung up in the doing and the having, that we forget how the essence of a life well lived is the ability to merely be.
To be or not to be? May we all learn to be.
