Before you quit a good habit

For nearly three years, I have written one blogpost everyday. It takes me about 20 min on average to write a post.

Along the way, I have often thought of quitting. However, each time I decide to quit, I ask myself a question:

‘What is more important to me that I wish to replace my daily blogging habit with?’

I have often come up with a bunch of urgent things that I can do instead of blogging daily. However, I haven’t yet found something more important – that is why I continue to write this blog. However, that might change tomorrow.

Before you quit a habit that serves you, ask yourself the question – what is more important that I wish to replace it with?
