How to drill a hole?

Here are the steps involved:

1. Move furniture out of the way
2. Cover the floor below to collect debris
3. Mark the position of the hole with a pencil
4. Choose the right screw and wall plug combination
5. Mark the depth to be drilled on the drill bit
6. Drill a pilot hole with a smaller sized bit
7. Drill the hole with the correct sized bit
8. Insert the wall plug and turn in the screw
9. Clean up after yourself and put things back in order
